Crew & Pacers

Crew

Crew members can ONLY stage at the start/finish line and turn around.   No crew or support may stage at the middle aid station (Gasport Bridge).  Failure to comply may result in disqualification of thier runner.

Cutoff Times

Cutoff times will be strictly enforced, runners must finish in 30 hours (by 1pm on Sunday) for the 100 miler. The 100 mile participants must leave the fire hall (turn-around) not later than 11am Sunday.  The 24 hour event goes from 7am to 7am. 

Pacers

Pacers will be allowed after 4pm for BOTH races
